EDITOR'S NOTE

Good afternoon,

We lead with one of the first interviews with IMTV's Michael Jaafar since his ISP announced late yesterday an immediate cease to trading.

The source of the suspension is a dispute with fellow ISP Internode, allegedly over trademark infringement on the word 'Extreme' and colour orange.

It's unclear exactly where the case is at, but Jaafar has confirmed he will seek to reinstate customers to IMTV if a resolution is found.

Those on the cheap ADSL deals will no doubt have their fingers crossed...
