EDITOR'S NOTE

Good afternoon,

The Western Australian Internet Association's (WAIA) thoughts on piracy and ISPs yesterday provoked a wave of responses under our story and in the blogosphere.

Exetel provided one of the more vocal responses, and it was explosive enough for the WAIA to weigh in once more.

They were very clear in their stance on not condoning or supporting film or music piracy, and some of their thoughts on cutting off infringing users that run more than just data through their ADSL pipe certainly appears to be food for thought for the legal types. Let us know what you make of it.
