This morning, Oracle has announced that it will release patches for 46 vulnerabilities on Tuesday across its product lines in its quarterly Critical Patch Update including bugs in its database and several other applications.

Also making news, at Microsoft’s Partner Conference in Denver, executives outlined plans to win over customers for its Web applications by keeping prices low.
