Former Sun CEO Scott McNealy may have been correct when, years ago, when he said there's "zero privacy" and urged his audience to "get over it." That doesn't make it any easier to live with keyloggers.

Also A Dell internal probe into accounting and financial reporting has found "evidence of misconduct," and board members are trying to figure out whether the company will need to restate past earnings.
