This afternoon, early adopters of Microsoft's new Windows Vista operating system report that computers running the OS will not play songs legitimately purchased and downloaded from Apple’s iTunes music store without some finagling.

Also making news, Michael Dell's return as chief executive of the computer maker he founded 23 years ago is unlikely to fix a company quickly that stumbled under ex-CEO Kevin Rollins, analysts have said.
