Welcome to this morning’s iTnewswire,

This morning, the Federal Government has added software developer job categories to its Migration Occupations in Demand List. Applicants with expertise in CISSP, C++/C/C, Java, J2EE, Network security, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP or Seibel software applications will be fast-tracked and given bonus rewards.

Singapore Telecommunications, owner of Optus, has said that Chua Sock Koong, its chief financial officer, would take over as the company's new chief executive officer in April.

Nokia and other mobile industry players have agreed on measures to reduce pollution from the manufacture and disposal of mobile phones.

The phone maker has also said it is teaming up with Microsoft to integrate Live Search capabilities into its Mobile Search platform. It will enable Nokia users to access Live Search directly from their Nokia N series multimedia computers and other compatible Nokia S60 devices.

Dell says the Nasdaq stock exchange has started delisting proceedings against the company for failing to file its quarterly financial report with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
