Hello and welcome to the PM version of today’s iTnewswire.

This afternoon, Dell suggests that the Nasdaq is going to give the company the boot. Meanwhile the company is looking at outsourcing more of its services and opening up more plants in the developing world in an effort to transform its business from Dell ‘1.0’ to ‘2.0.’

The EU continues to hammer away at Microsoft, warning the software giant against foreclosing competition in computer security by tying security upgrades to its new Windows Vista operating system.

Still on security, Symantec and networking vendor Juniper have formed an alliance aimed at creating that ever elusive end-to-end security architecture through integration of Symantec's client security software and Juniper's extensive network install base.

60s acid rock outfit The Doors have re-emerged to top up their retirement funds, this time moving into the digital arena to expose fickle Gen Yers to their music.

Locally, ICT Minister Helen Coonan has flagged the impending launch of a mobile TV channel and Optus is looking in its own backyard for mobile content.
