Dell and Microsoft on Wednesday introduced what they describe as an affordable storage system that integrates hardware and software for file and application data.

Using a mobile phone does not increase a person's risk of cancer, according to a broad study released on Tuesday involving more than 400,000 Danish mobile telephone users.
