This afternoon, Google has acknowledged in a filing with the US Securities Exchange Commission that its video-sharing service is the subject of a copyright-infringement suit, a disclosure that could be a harbinger for what the search-engine giant faces when it takes over YouTube.

Also making news, India's top software exporter, Tata Consultancy Services, and number four Satyam Computer Services, have picked up a new order from Qantas worth about $191 million.
