Welcome to the morning edition of the iTnewswire.

This morning, a US federal judge has rejected an email marketing company's request that the Internet domain assigned to Spamhaus be suspended, giving the anti-spam group's blacklist a reprieve and avoiding a clash over US rulings against the Internet.

Death rates among workers who manufacture computer components are at higher risk of dying of cancer, compared with the general population, according to a new study.

Sony will have more than 20 games available for the PlayStation 3 console when it goes out to North American consumers next month.

Microsoft is likely to keep security vendors waiting until 2008 before it can deliver APIs to provide access to the Windows Vista kernel, Gartner has warned in an analysis.

Google stock surged nearly 8 percent on Friday, a day after the company reported almost a doubling of profits in the third quarter.

Are PCs a health hazard? Is Microsoft likely to face more anti-competitive legal action from security vendors? Mail your comments.
