Through our recent reader survey, the iTnews staff had the opportunity to get some great insights on what you, the reader, want from the site.


Here are just a few of the key points you told us in the survey:
  • Your intended areas of investment in the next 12 months are - Software: CRM, Services: VOIP/Telco services and Hardware: Laptops/Notebooks/Servers

  • XP is most commonly used desktop operating system, whilst windows server 2003 was the most used server operating system

  • 80% of readers rely on websites for IT news and information for business purposes’

  • One of the primary reasons for visiting the iTnews website was because you wanted to keep up to date with new and emerging technologies

  • IT Management, Networking, Security and Wireless were the most popular downloaded Whitepapers
