Wen will now be based in London, UK, as Vice-President of D-Link Southern Europe and the European Product Management Team. “This has been a difficult decision in my life,” Wen said. “I made Australia my home over the last seven years and I've watched D-Link grow in leaps and bounds. It's been a pleasure to work with the team in Australia [but] I see this move to Europe as a great opportunity for me and my family.”

Tony Tsao, President at D-Link International, said Wen had “catapulted” D-Link to a position as a major networking vendor in Australia and NZ. However, he said Torre had ability and dedication. “Dominic's new role will ensure great results for D-Link,” Tsao said.

Tsao was similarly sanguine about the promotion of Famularo, who he said had “driven the marketing engine at full speed” in Australia and NZ. Famularo has 20 years IT experience, including in roles for Unisys and IBM.
