Business solutions company MYOB announced today it will expand its range of products to offer online Web hosting services to its SME customers.

SME's get more Web choices with MYOB
MYOB will now offer domain registration from $35 for two years, email hosting from $14.95 per month and Web hosting from $29.95 per month.

MYOB has always focused primarily on small to medium enterprise (SME) clients, and has tailored their new web offerings to benefit anything from young start-up companies to fully established SMEs.

As larger businesses are increasingly developing online infrastructures, MYOB says it hopes to enable SMEs to provide that same level of service despite the small size.

“Our customers are just starting to embrace the Web and are looking for a trusted provider to help them establish a professional online presence and then, in time, to integrate existing business processes, such as invoicing, into their website,” said managing director Tim Reed.

“Big corporations are spending tens of millions of dollars on building an online interface to their business.”

“Customers are going to expect this capability of every business – big and small.”

“MYOB aims to enable micro, small and medium businesses to offer these same capabilities at a more affordable price,” he said.

While it focuses on online services, MYOB says it will still be “business as usual” for its current accounting, retail, and payroll software.
