EDITOR'S NOTE

Greetings,

This week, we look at proposed procurement and service delivery reforms in Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales. I found Queensland GCIO Peter Grant's critique of shared service arrangements particularly interesting and welcome your comments.

Also, four of the seven federal agencies that we described as Internet Explorer 6 users last week have disputed the report. We are investigating the discrepancies; sorry for the confusion.
