Depending on how many applications and how much data you have stored on your Palm device it can take rather a long time to perform a HotSync. This is because every single application is backed up during the process.

FlexSync will shorten the time taken for each HotSync by allowing you to select exactly which applications to include in the process. Simply select the relevant checkbox next to each application you wish to HotSync.

Up to 15 categories can be created with different HotSync requirements, so you can have different synchronisation operations for the home and office, and any other situation you may have.

FlexSync can be used to perform both local and remote, or modem, HotSync operations, and it replaces the function of the HotSync button on the Palm cradle for pure ease of use.

Note: BackupBuddy users - FlexSync will cause BackupBuddy to remove any files backed up on your PC which are not selected in the FlexSync profile.
