EDITOR'S NOTE

Good afternoon,

It's Patch Tuesday and IT administrators should keep an eye out for 11 Microsoft patches, as well as Adobe's fixes for "critical" flaws in its Acrobat and Reader products.

Also, Apple has released its second security update to address the Flashback trojan, which has infected nearly 650,000 Macs worldwide, including 32,527 in Australia.
